The Tai Chazuke course served in the relaxed ambience of the restaurant's counter seats features filets of Pacific sea bream prepared in the restaurant's kitchen paired with Kurogi's secret sesame dipping sauce and premium Uji tea from Fukujuen, an old tea shop in Kyoto.
*Advanced reservations are recommended as there are only five counter seats available.
*Chazuke is a type of Japanese cuisine in which hot tea is poured over a bowl of rice topped with ingredients.
